After ' order of the fourth section of the Council of State also the TAR of Lazio has spoken critically against the suspension of the ban on access to the road of Old Bridge, decided by the Commissioner to Acta. Above all showed strong doubts about the works carried out in recent months and there is so much boasting. The full text of the order of the TAR is available from the administrative justice .
For the moment we simply quote verbatim the steps of motivation
"[...] the request to suspend the measure on March 26, 2010 by Commissioner ad acta, on the advice of Eng. Rapisarda (the Superintendency to public works in the Lazio), should always be accepted since, in the comparison of conflicting interests, it is primarily the need to protect, not because of what is contained in the said order of the court of appeal, the interests of environmental and landscape of community interest the site of that question where is the road to Old Bridge Channel Monterano;
considered that, by reason of the foregoing, it is also suspending the operation of the permits issued by the concerned Commissioner ad acta for transit through the stretch of road that question;
considered, also, that action will now be made by order of the Commissioner ad acta of March 26, 2010 regarding deployment of the safety of the rocky ridges that run along the path to that question in relation to which it is necessary, in view of the definition of merit (the public hearing has been scheduled for November 25, 2010), have a verification that upon inspection on the places mentioned, finds:

• the environmental and landscape of these interventions for road safety and the ridges of rock (that is, in addition to those already made on the road, barring the elements precariously balanced rocks, writing and anchoring, if necessary, by a wire mesh and the provision of river banks in wicker, wood), having also account and after checking if the path to that question and the case where assistance is to be included in conservation areas;
• if the interventions described above can be defined as routine maintenance / special and if they are compatible with any existing links in the sections concerned;
• extension (metric) of the lines affected by the deployment of security in the whole of the Old Channel Road Bridge Monterano (explicit, if possible, in a plan);
